Duties:

  • Prepare invoices for customers
  • Interact and coordinate with corporate accounting team
  • Assist customers with their purchase needs by providing helpful product information
  • Determine the cubic yard per load and payment/collection amount
  • Handle pay transactions with credit cards, cash, or checks
  • Provide excellent customer service to all clients including answering phones.
  • Represent the company as a leader in service, client satisfaction, and product quality
  • Schedule deliveries for commercial and residential clients
  • Assist with loading customers when needed, forklift, skidsteer experience preferred
  • Keep office tidy
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

Skills/Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Quantitative skills a plus. 
  • Exceptional organization and communication skills.
  • Bi-lingual required.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking and attention to detail skills.
  • High level of professionalism.
  • Ability to work with little supervision.
  • High level of confidentiality.
  • Positive can do attitude and 100% team player!
